@Zilla10101042 it's a remake of the part where england caught the italy brothers and romano didn't want to eat again england's food so england called france to borrow one of his cook, nothing new, they just added the scene where england caught them in the desert and a dialogue where italy promises to his brother he'll make him eat delicious things to forget the taste of english food ( I'm italian but thanks to anime I can understand japanese enough xD sorry for my english)

I bet they just ripped the sound from the anime and used one of those sound merging programs. I've seen someone use one before, could be that's how the voices are the same.

@dewdropdragon Doubtful........ While yes it is possible, the voices sound (and real) muffled like someone put a camera in front of the screen. Plus these look like the original character drawling's. But don't get ticked of at me for disagreeing cuz I get a lot of mean messages.

It's fanmade cuz the picture at 2:38-3:10 are really Norway and Finland's chibi pictures on Himaruya's blog. They just edited their pics to make them into Italy and Romano (I eonder why they made Italy wear antlers in that pic)
