  • fiesta red?

  • I have a bullet strat a well, and to me they do the exact same thing as a $1500 strat

  • Holy cow, dude. Good job.

  • You sir just proofed that a bad guitar in good hands can sound very good! 99% of all other guitar videos on youtube is guys playing expensive gear and sounding like crap. Your sound is good but the playing is amazing!! This video made my day. Thank you.

  • you just defaced a rare guitar you fool you should of sold it before you modified it but what ever makes you happy and good playing your pretty good but you still made a dumb decision

  • @jayandthebongman This isn't one of the more valuable MIJ 80's Bullets, it is from 2000-2001, made in Indonesia, and I bought it used for $80 about eight years ago. These sold new for $100 and were the bottom of the Affinity range at the time. Albeit these are less common than a regular Affinity Strat with the larger headstock and tremolo, they are not rare or valuable but are solid playable guitars for not much money.

  • @voided3 its an uncommon make fender stopped making them but still use is that name for there cheap models its still had value until you modified it

  • @jayandthebongman

Pretty good?? You're a fucking retard. Kill yourself irl. He's fucking amazing. At his age to have such emotional range is 'gifted' to say the least.

  • @cgavin1 i said pretty good you know like for not being famous smart one i don't want to sound like a dumbass who talks and jaw drops about his playing fuck you i've seen damebag darrell and bucket head before now thats great this guys great but not dimebag darrell great fucken cunt suck my dick you didn't understand what the hell i meant you bitch

  • Lovely! For certain, the most beautiful thing I've ever heard on a Squier Bullet. ;-) Saw your mod on the TDPRI forum. Cheers!

  • Well I couldn't stand it anymore. I ordered a strat, got it and started the mods. The only thing I had to figure out myself was how to stop the trem from moving. I used a hardwood block. Stays in tune better w/o that moving. Thanks Dude

  • Whats your string height after the mods? Would love to know. such a lovely sounding strat

  • @luvchoclabs Thanks! It's very high; basically unplayable fretted as I also shim the nut higher.

  • I could listen to that all day.

  • APLAUSOS, OVACION!!! EXCELENTE!!!

  • A lot of these weird note progressions and note choices. Kinda like Derek Trucks. AWESOME!

  • hey will you sell these mods

  • @naruhina102 I do not plan to; the saddles I make are custom made for each of the guitars I have. I made them out of a $3 piece of steel rod form the hardware store and shaped them with files so they aren't overly difficult to make if you have files and a benchtop vice.

  • Brilliant stuff. Well done. Lots of emotion.

  • What bridge is that ?

  • @juankang It's the stock toploader bridge plate with a one-piece saddle I made for it.

  • was that the fiesta red finish cuz it looks awesome.

  • @letspla2 It's an older hardtail Bullet from about '00-'01 so it was originally a brighter red (Torino Red I think). I dulled it to a satin luster with 0000 steel wool.

  • Lovely!

  • tHIS SONG MADE ME CRY!!!! GOOD JOB MAN

  • I've seen a lot of yuffie tube. This is by far the finest example of individual (nee: empathy) talent.

  • How are you muting the strings ? awesome

  • @KingKramerTV Thanks! When playing melodies, I block all strings except the ones being played. If I wanted to just play a note on the second string, I would rest my middle finger on the 1st string and set my thumb across the lower strings, playing the 2nd string with my pointer finger. I also just palm mute and attack the string with my thumb to give it a warmer sound, giving you a rake effect as well. I also mute behind the slide, letting my fingers rest on the strings to give a cleaner sound.

  • beautiful tone, my man.

  • This thing sounds impossibly awesome. subscribed! hope i will learn to mod guitars like that one day.

  • @TengoAkira Thanks! I got started by tinkering with what I had when I was younger and learned from my mistakes, books I read, and advice from teachers. Thankfully, there are lots of pretty good quality guitars out there now to be had for not very much money, especially used, that can be a good starting point for learning how to do your own setup work and modifications. Good luck!

  • @voided3 yeah, the only problem yet is money. but hopefully that'll change soon. Plus I'm learning electronics at the university, maybe that will help too..
