  • THEY WILL NEVER OVERTURN THE INDIVIDUAL MANDATE AND IF THEY DO SAY BY BY TO PRIVATE HEALTHCARE INSURANCE AND HELLO SINGLE-PAYER

People.... If you have a ban on pre-existing conditions the only way a for profit insurance company can survive is with an individual mandate!

  • Eshapir: the .gov's presupposed "authority" over driving is equally unlawful.

  • @Coonstev

unfortunately, once we (people in general) submit to authority, no matter how illegitimate, it legitimizes such authority.

Not that I agree with that, that's just the way it is. Take the current situation with airport scanners, they, combined with the alternative "enhanced patdowns" are the overton window that will make it all seem tame when it is in place all over the place. People submit to it in the name of safety and it spreads so far it is hard to stop it

  • The cars in the background are the cars that belong to the Federal Deputies that work at the Courthouse. Noone can park there but them. I know this because I was the camera operator and the reason for the background was to place where they were with the sign of the courthouse in the background. We had to park in pay parking spaces across the street. No, the news didn't show up. They were notified but they refused to cover it, so I did.

  • Mr. constitutional attorney you are correct this healthcare bill is a fraud but it is based on even more substantial abuse of power. The Arizona Court of Homeland Security Secretary made records of me deceased. I AM NOT DEAD.

Please help get me in front of an honest judge to declare me alive and enforce a special power of attorney.

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness have evaded me now for one decadent decade.

  • Strange logic, eshapir. The only compulsory mandate for auto insurance is liability for damaging someone else or their property. By your logic, the govt.can only "mandate" health insurance for people who have contagious diseases.

And auto insurance is only required for people who drive cars. It is not compulsory for everyone. No one is forced to buy and drive a car.

Sorry, but this "yahoo" is correct from a Constitutional point of view. But since the feds don't know or care about the Const...?

  • Anyone who thinks that Healthcare Reform is unconstitutional should really stop driving their cars. If the constitution can't require citizens to buy health insurance then how can they mandate automobile insurance for those who drive.

When I listen to this yahoo say that he loves "America the way it was designed" and the "America of the Constitution" all the while a foreign made Lexus sits behind him, I can't help but think how out of touch he is with the realities of the 21st century.

  • @eshapir Driving is universally considered by policymakers and citizens to be a privilege and not a right, and politicians currently consider health care to be a right. If you elect to drive, then you must have auto insurance. With the health care bill, you cannot elect to "have health", and thus we are all being mandated to purchase a service that some of us do not need.

  • @eshapir Its states that are forcing you to have insurance but only if you drive. People can avoid having to buy car insurance you cant avoid having to buy health insurance.

Difference in state and federal 1 u can avoid one you cant

  • @eshapir The foreign car behind him, is it a fact that he owns it or are you just assuming?

  • @eshapir No one is forcing you to drive your car or even to own a car. These are prior requirements to a mandate for car insurance. It really is entirely voluntary. You can decide NOT to own a car or drive one. There is nothing voluntary about health insurance mandate as you just have to be alive to get it imposed upon you. You can't decide not to have insurance unless you somehow die.
