Honestly, I would love to see this game remade in 3D without the point-and-click gameplay. Sure, it would end up being a Castlevania clone, but it would be an AWESOME Castlevania clone.
1:11: I just realized that the princess that you save is more or less a pallette swap of Reika Kirishima from Time Gal, the point-and-click game Taito would end up making a year later in 1985.
I was thinking about the Sega CD version of this game today. Didn't know there was an Arcade version. I'd say its one of the better games of this genre.
Wow. I've never seen this laser disc game before. What was this played on? I thought Dragon's Lair 1,2, Space Ace, Cobra Command and Time Gal were the only ones.

Actually, this game was also released on the Sega CD in North America as Revenge of the Ninja in 1993.
