@xcaiqianx Gibbs: Don't yell. Abby: Oh, Sorry. Gibbs: (after Tony's comment) No shit Sherlock. The last one is more of an idiom/colloquial thing. The direct translation (translation is direct and written) would be "know-duh/obvious" in ASL grammar, but the interpretation (which is oral and flexible in meaning) would be something like No Shit Sherlock.
