I like how in both the World and Time editions of Carmen Sandiego, they purposely gave the kids barely enough time to finish the chase round, even if you answered everything perfectly. This kept the concept of capturing Carmen rare, elusive, challenging and entertaining. After all, it wouldn't be any fun if every kid ended up capturing her.

Tim did a really good job in his run at capturing Carmen Sandiego. You can see he was nervous but did pull it off in the end. The Trail of Time is something I find easier than World's end game but still tough. I don't know if you can answer before the question ends but you should to save time. Using devices to open the gate may be equal to the time spent on another question so i'm iffy on that. So time's bonus round I give 4 stars since it was tough but not that tough.

Speaking of the Time version being easier than the World version, it's funny how I have NEVER beaten the PC game of "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?", yet I beat "Where in Time..." in 2002.
