Well done, Dr. Kenner! What an amazing thing--to speak of selfishness, capitalism, etc., to a receptive, general audience. These spontaneous gatherings, and Objectivists being well received at them, is, of course, uniquely American. By the way, you come across as a lovely, trustworthy, honest person; I couldn't help but look into Ayn Rand's work after your speech if I wasn't familiar with it already.

As wonderful as the Tea Parties are in principle, the reality is that now, 6 months later, it's business as usual in Washington, as they enter Cap & Trade and Government Health care against the will of the People.

Government is force. When government no longer takes it's orders from the People, what then?

The people call it a protest for freedom. The government calls it a tax protest by malcontents. I call it a slave uprising.
