I just downloaded it and there was no error, I made EVERYTHING English, all but one text document that isn't really important. I renamed the TGA in question to 'skin' and did the same with the file in PMD so it read correctly. And made all the bone names and model names to English for both Rin AND Teto. Try manually extracting it to the model folder. I don't see why there'd be a problem there. or try redownloading and trying again. Sometimes the computers just down't download things right.

Alright, it'll take a minute. Check the description in a few minutes :3 but they come with a Miku and some kind of...construction machine. So I'll rename the files to English so you'll know which is the boxes.

Wait, check the description to the other video. It makes no sense to link them here XD And you said something about size changing? If you mean models, that cannot be done in MMD, and I don't think it's worth the trouble to get PMD Editor to work. For accessories you go to the box that says 'size' then change the number there, make it larger for larger items, and smaller fo smaller items. :3

Okay, since so many people are having problems with the color, I'm going to try and edit it in PMD so the color files won't be needed. I don't know if it'll work, but it's worth a try :3 I'll work on that in a little, then put up a new link if it works.

I don't know, If you can't get your computers locale to Japanese, there's not much more I can do. That's the only thing I've done that could make it work for me. maybe I can remove the need for the color files with PMD editor, but

This seems to be a common problem, I can only think of 2 things that would cause this A-your computer isn't reading the TGA files because they're names are in Japanese.(Most likely cause) Or B-somehow you put something in the wrong folder (Possible, but unlikely) Try re-naming the TGA Files to english. or setting your computers Locale to Japanese, but I'd try renaming them first.

The one named 'âèâôöº ' is the problem, because your computer is set to English, everything with a Japanese name will automaticaly be converted to gibberish when saved. Try renaming that file to something else, or try copying and pasting this ' リン肌 ' as the title, that's what is SHOULD be called. it IS her missing color, so that's all I can think to do. the only other option is to set your computers Locale to Japanese.

Did you try renaming it? To get your computers Locale to Japanese, go to your control panel, then click the 'clock, language and region' option. then under 'reagional and language options' click 'change the country or region' then go to 'Administative' then change your systems locale to Japan. Be warned though, any programs without unicode will now be in Japanese. I don't use many things, so it's not a problem for me, but it might be for you. but you can always change it back the same way.

Aventiser? It's Administrative, after that there should be an option 'Change System Locale, it should be right on the top of the tab.(This is how it works with VIsta, I don't know about other computers) It'll probably ask for administrative permission, just go along with it until you can choose the Locale, then go to Japan. You will also have to restart your computer for the change to take effect. I can't think of a better way to explain it, it's really not all that hard.
