A quad core processor has 4 cores running at 2.33 GHz that is not crap. That is amazing. That's like having four processors at once.

Its not bad but in terms of the quad core processors its not that high on gaming list. (not including i5,i7) But what i am saying is that you should have spent less on ram and more on the processor. For example get the q 9450 is 2.7GZ for around $200

They had a special on that if you got 4GB of RAM or more you got the quad core for half price. And besides, I know alot about computers and I know for a fact that a Quad Core is not crap as you might have suggested.

Thanks. The CPU blew in this one so they gave us a new one with 8GB of RAM instead of the 6. With that I'm also eligible for the free 7 upgrade when it comes out.

From my own personal experiences, yes. It is way less dependant on my rescources, and uses way less than Vista does. I qualify for the free upgrade, so I can't wait to see what else they have added since this build.
