  • There is a lot of bad practice being displayed here. You are too rough on your bongo. A bongo isn't something you can treat like any other minivan it is a unique road vessel and I am sad to see some of the malpractice displayed here. You should not sleep in a moving bongo either.

  • was u a train spoter in another life

  • Hey this is good, thanks - where is the other vid promised or did it's filming fall by the wayside? I'd like to see how you do some basic maintenance as am just about to buy a Bongo and am pretty clueless when it comes to mechanics...

  • dont slam the door that hard on a bongo, or you will break it

  • Yeah maxxy, dont you know. He's not called the Bongomaster for nothing.

  • As a fellow bongalownaught I enjoyed that,thanks .

  • Thanks a lot! Bought one without a manual a few days ago and are still getting familiar with mine. Your video helped a lot. Lawrence Vander - New Zealand

  • I always wondered what those 'footpads' were for - thanks. Now can you just explain the circular hole in the roof?

  • Trust me i probably know more about bongo's than you. There is certainly no need to become cheeky. If you look in the Bongo manual it explains to you about slamming the door. I am also a member of the bongo club and if you look on the forum you will probably see general bongo users explaining exactly what i said about oiling the roof. Maybe if you do these little adjustments you will have plenty happy customers.

    Regards

    Andy Maxwell

  • I bow to your superior knowledge Mr Maxwell. I have now oiled the struts and stopped slamming the door (although I only did this during the video shoots for the sound effects).

  • have you had more Bongo's than hot dinners because you keep breaking them, Sunshine.

  • Hello

What ever firm that is selling these bongoes it may come to you as a surprise that if you oil the roof it shall no make such a disturbing ugly noise when it opens and closes. Also when you shut the door DO NOT slam it as it breaks the auto locking system.

    Hope this helps

  • Listen sunshine, I've had more Bongos than you've had hot dinners......

  • That doesn't surprise me you act like a bit of a bongo!!
