The reason why you loose the options with the stick is that it uses the wiring harness from the i30. Consumer watchdog has sent a letter to president Obama and to the EPA stating that you car does worse that what the EPA tests reveal, and Chevy Cruze consistently does better than what it's EPA values are. Both the Elantra and Cruze are 33MPG combined).
The Cruze gets an average of 28% better mileage than the Elantra.

@Jabid21 It does not have a actual spare tire, but its for more than just the one reason. It also saves space and the tire mobility kit is a much simpler solution. You dont have to take the wheel off you simply put the sealant in and use the compressor to fill the tire with air again. Hope that answers your question.

I drive one, and surprisingly, a lot of my friends are impressed. Things are definitely looking good for Hyundai. They're heading the right direction.
I love it. It looks fantastic, is amazingly efficient, roomy, sophisticated and is reasonably priced...and with the best warranty around. What more do you want? This is not the Hyundai of even 2 years ago let alone 20.
If you want to pay alot more for a label, then you shouldn't even be looking at a compact car. Go buy a 10 year old BMW and pretend that you are rich, but be prepared to spend a fortune on maintenance.

@5Qu1Z33r Yep. Im proud of my car given its only my second car lol hopefully Nissan doesnt fuck up and stop offering a manual transmission for it lol It's incredible that even Ferraris are going for the lame paddle shifters rather than a proper manual transmission

The Koreans cars may look attractive but when it comes to quality, longevity and real resale value, The Japanese cars are the best. Korean cars are only good in looking attractive.

Wheres Ross? hes better. The elantra and Hyundai are really starting to overtake Honda and Toyota in design. They just look better and last longer. I can officially say im not scared to go look at buying a Hyundai anymore. Honda...bye bye

Reasons why I do not like this car.
1. It is a Hyundai.
2. It is unsafe.
3. It is ugly.
4. You don't look rich in it.
5. It's not luxurious.
