What it means to be liberal in the USA, is so perceptually contaminated in the minds of the average citizen, as to have become a useless term. Certainly this was the intention of the propaganda machines, to have killed a word, in hopes of killing the sanity that it SHOULD, & once did, represent. The average citizen (ie badly misinformed) is overwhelmed with theocratic lies on 2 fronts; the rancid dogma of pseudo Christian Dominionists, & the fascist propaganda of the Mammon cult. An epic hydra.
