1. This vessel was officially accepted on arms military fleet of Germany and at once has been brought in all military magazines of allies for sinking of the ship
2. During that concrete moment the given vessel carried out a problem on transportation of the prepared crews for 70 submarines
3. The given vessel was under military men to flags and with artillery pieces
In this film the Gustloff has NO hospital ship ID,is NOT illuminated. Capt. Marinescu is firing his torpedoes at a dark outline of a large German ship during the NIGHT. Very sad tragedy but where is the "war crime"??????
