Toronto is a friendly town and you dont have to know much english to go there, most of the pepole has english as a second language. The culture is a mix of India, Asia and a little bit of USA.

@TheKaylaChannel1 Does this mall still have a car dealership located inside.? I was there about 30 years ago and I think there was a dealership there.
It's a beautiful place except for the NAZI Security Guards. I've seen them push people and knock a guys camera out of his hand because you not allowed to film!! It really feels like a dictatorship. Hire new security and train them better
