@gsquared79 Well, you can't HAVE matter without having energy at some point. The FACT of the MATTER is that YOU actually FELT that YOU HAD to call TORI an idiot because of what she said...what does that make you? I guess you saying that made you feel smarter than her huh? Well, my money is STILL on Tori coming out on top.
This guy peeved me in this interview. He seemed caught up in his own prejudices and the ideals that he's lived with and been blinded by - he seemed so shocked and incredulous at Tori's articulations and possibly even with the simple fact that she's a woman and expressing these things. What a total wart.
tori has a point, we do leave a certain energy behind, i think she was talking alot of sense, she's very direct and irrated by the interview it seems, because i think he's trying to put words in her mouth, and change what her view is or something, and we do have to take responsibility for our own actions and so on..
what a beautiful woman, and this only strengthens my curiousity about how wonderful those lips of hers would taste. She drives me crazy like I am a teenager all over again.
TORI TOTALLY ROCKS>>> good answer tori on the last question... LOL! I love her so much because she directly reflects so much of what my soul wishes to speak out to this ever evolving world and universe... GO TORI!!! I identify
ya there was a part 2 and it was probably the most profound most articulate description of her beliefs summed up in about 5 min. maybe because it was religously political tori talking about things that dont get talked about enough it really pisses me off that they removed seriously wtf!!!!!!!! you tube needs to put it back up
This was what i said "I'd been getting a few emails from Tori's label saying a couple of my videos included their copyright (ie a portion of a Tori promo video). Those emails said no action would be taken, and i received no email to say this one in question had been taken down, but it seems it has been. I think part 2 included about 20 secs of the "God" vid. Why the label would care about a small poor quality clip of that being on youtube is beyond me, but that seems to be the reason. Sorry "
I think Tori is an extremely evolved human being. She has the gift of an open mind and trusting her instincts instead of automatically believing what is fed to us by our sometimes shallow culture/religious teachings. She's a genius plain and simple.
The interviewer was so dull, square and plain. Half the times he can barely follow her. It 's like trying to have a methaphisical conversation with a mcdonlds drive thru teeneage waiter ( with all respect to the good people at Macdonlds) Still a great document.
This is a reply to "StrangeLittleGaGirl" - Yes but the programme WAS a religious slot prog on a sunday morning, she knew that when she agreed to be on it. They are meant to be talking about this kind of stuff and not music.
"Look at the games you're playing, to own your shit." God, she's wise. It just makes so much more sense than all the right wing Christianity "believe what I believe or burn" garbage. Love her.
I find her soul strangely familiar to mine. When I was growing up, my grandmother would sort of guide me like her grandfather did. The thousands philosophies she's embedded in my head are summoned as I watched this interview.
same here. she expresses what i feel so eloquently... my love for her is resurfacing after missing a couple of albums. all these youtube finds are treasures! thanks for posting.
Wow this is a good interview. It gets mildly annoying that she can't possibly say 'Yes' or 'No'...she can't even say 'Yes, I think that's part of it, but...' she just has to change it completely and like disagree with everything. That's just Tori though.
well, she is clearly wise, but can't claim to have all the answers... nobody can. i thought her points were all spot-on and poignant. she sounds more spiritual to me than anyone who preaches about what God and Jesus want. it's an individual path that needn't be foisted upon anyone. i get more eloquent just after watching her interviews. hee!
Tori, as usual, is brilliant. But the first thing she'd want to ask God when she meets her end time is "Got any 1800 Tequila on the rocks with salt?" Oh, Tori, you're a cheeky lass!!
@ntartaris I'm not english, so I can't totally understand that part, could you explain it to me please? I mean, I can't understand what the interviewer asked her and what she answered except for tequila ;) Thanks!
This interview is very interesting! First time ive kinda seen her being taken really seriously. Dont get me wrong, there are other serious interviews out there. But I think that because this guy wasnt (it seems) a typical "rockjournalist" or MTV-like entertainer he could just focus on the more "serious" stuff. Now, Tori is always brilliant at answering even the dumbest cuestions profoundly, but this time she could just get straight to the core. Thanks for posting!
from the beginning....tori is an idiot- energy never dies, not matter

why all the religious questions? she isn't a minister

Because the programme was a Sunday morning relgious show, she knew that when she agreed to go on and knew the questions would be along those lines.

Dualism comforts the most intelligent of people, guess we have to deal with that. It does make them more interesting, I suppose.
