Ouais ça sonne bizarre et même les groupes de Métal Français (pour le peu qu'il y a ) s'orientent vers de l'anglais non pas parce qu'il y a lacune au niveau de la langue ( nos poètes en sont un exemple ) mais parce que ça colle pas du tout avec des musiques de registres épiques.

Impressive...but I have to confess I like the Italian and German versions better. This has nothing to do with me hating French (au contraire), but the feeling of the French language just doesn't seem to fit the expressive thoughts of this epic song.

I feel the italian best one, im sure it was definitely the most natural for Fabio, since he's Italian, however, each and everyone is great, but i agree with you, the italian and english ones are best, but the french doesnt work as well, and the german language is too rough for this song, that is in my opinion. AMAZING SONG!!!!!

Listened to German... I had this image of them on mountains singing. Preferably the Misty Mountains. More Epic than En.

Listened to Italian... Nearly melted in my seat. Also imagined Italy and his grandpa singing this, from APH. Odd, I know. Much more epic than the others.

French language haven't the same power like italien/german/english - so it sounds not so greatful as the other versions. But it was a big performance from Rhapsody/Christopher Lee and we have to honor that with respect!
