  • ya i first began doing these about 2 or 3 years ago. i began with no weights and it was challenging enough, now i can do them with considerably heavy weights and i'm 15 yrs. old now. i can do about 20-22 reps at my best on a knee-high bench. good workout

  • With adequate resistance, yes. For beginners even no weights is adequate.
