ya i first began doing these about 2 or 3 years ago. i began with no weights and it was challenging enough, now i can do them with considerably heavy weights and i'm 15 yrs. old now. i can do about 20-22 reps at my best on a knee-high bench. good workout
do u think having kettlebells are just more effective than dombbells, if so, do u believe two are better than one in having kettlebells? thank you in advance.

With adequate resistance, yes. For beginners even no weights is adequate.
