guys - get real and grow up a bit - this building site (and the concrete plant) was in breach of all sorts of noise regulations - the videos i stuck on youtube helped get the message across to the council that there was a serious noise problem and enforcement action was taken or threatened, leading to the companies concerned stopping the unreasonable noise they were making.
