They are Hazaras that immigrated from Afghanistan to Southern Pakistan (Quetta) during the time of King Amir Abdur Rahman Khan. they settled there, adopted the culture, language and they got mixed with the local people there who were Pakistanis, so thats the reasons why they look like this today!
