  • loosing all your power from the turn try running forward and kicking more vertical than horizontal snd push off the ball of your foot to get more hight and the turn starts below your sholder so bring your arms into your body hope you can do it soon pal

  • also train with squat jumps other gymnastic or martial arts training.

    STRETCHING IS KEY! SPEED IS KEY!

  • if youre still trying it... and accept advice.

    stretch more and get your kicks jumps and set/throw higher. the higher your kick jump and faster you throw, the more fluid it will be. also try to straighten your legs and body when youre airborne instead of tucking.

  • why did i land this trick on my 4th try i feel like i should have had more falls... but i just got my corks the other day... and all i can give for advice is to throw up first then twist so you get more height... every thing else looks good your form is really nice just throw up and i guarentee you'll have it if you don't already.

  • dont kick back... you get no power from it.. just a hell of alot of rotation... try to get more power in your set up and kick about 30 odd degrees off the path your running... throw your chest up aswell as you throw your arms up, as you get the hight then rap your arms in and depending on where you put your hands during the rotation sqweeze them into the centre of your body to maximise roation =]
