stretch more and get your kicks jumps and set/throw higher. the higher your kick jump and faster you throw, the more fluid it will be. also try to straighten your legs and body when youre airborne instead of tucking.
why did i land this trick on my 4th try i feel like i should have had more falls... but i just got my corks the other day... and all i can give for advice is to throw up first then twist so you get more height... every thing else looks good your form is really nice just throw up and i guarentee you'll have it if you don't already.

if youre still trying it... and accept advice.
