  • Excellent Video.Thanks Steve

  • Hi Steve, your wonderfully easy-going movements indicate a Masters's Qi Gong! I have learnt Wild Goose Qi Gong from Grandmaster Gao Yun, as basic (modified) part of "Qi Gong for Life". You can have a look at the first part of it on my video. Totally different, yet the same! Best regards, Doris

  • Your movements are wonderfully easy-going which characterizes a Master's Qi Gong! I have been teaching Wild Goose Qi Gong from "Qi Gong for Life" Grandmaster Gao Yun for 8 years now. The first part of it you can watch on my profile page - quite different from yours - but the spirit is the same. Regards Doris

  • Nobody who would really like to practice Dayan-chi-kung, will never consider the weather like this:)))

Anyway, he's good at this first part!

(a little 'no matter' to 'slow-fast' but..)

    Congratulations from Poland!

  • Anybody doing Dayan at so strong wind doesn't understand basic principles:)

Anyway, he's doing quite well. Only no 'slaw-fast' principle....

  • Hi, many thanks for uploading this.

Where did you learn your Wild Goose form?

  • Learnt the wild goose originally in Yeovil with R.Berchinger, i must admit my form has changed a bit from this vid clip. Have you seen the other clips i've posted?
