does anyone know if the shack is still standing? I haven't been down for 3 years now, but I am going down in July and I hope to see it. I have memories of seeing it every year when I was little.
lol when i go past this on the bridge going into the island i always see this and every year it looks a little bit more damaged i bet its gone by now because all the snow brings it down a little
@birdsrule98 Yes it is, and how it's still standing, I have no idea. I do think it would be cool to build a replica of it one day, which would be better than nothing. There's virtually no way the original structure can be saved at this point, with how far gone it is, and all. I give the Shack another two years at most, and less if we get another bad winter like the area got last year.

This piece of garbage needs to be knocked down A.S.A.P.! It serves no purpose, and is a severe eyesore these days! I don't understand why anyone bothered to waste time fixing up this place, when they should've just put it out of it's misery, and finished the job of demolishing it!
Well it is now, and if you've looked at it lately, than you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. It obviously no longer serves a purpose at all, and is a major eyesore. The sooner this stupud shack dies, the better!
