Another reason the hunter maybe didn't kill the boar is because from what my uncle told me that the meat is very gamey tasting and if you can feed them like 100lbs of grain to change their diet it takes away some of the strong game taste. He also said you can cut off the nuts if its a male boar and feed the grain and the meat will be a lot better.

It's unfortunate to see such sad people in the world who enjoy watching dogs rip apart other animals as they struggle in pain you couldn't imagine and suffer as a 'sport to entertain them'. You could atleast shoot the thing in the head with a gun when it had been caught, if you have to do it at all which I cannot understand how you could feel the need to. 'Hunting' should only be done by people who can't afford food and do so to LIVE like tribes etc. It's discusting to see.

It is not natural for a pack of dogs with a saddistic little man as their owner to go chaseing down a wild animal and letting them rip it apart. In the natural world, it's life as you correctly stated. However, it is done by, for example: a pack of wolves killing maybe 1-2 wilderbeasts every 2 weeks or so in which case the wilderbeast will be used to feed a whole pack of wolves. NOT to entertain a little man who finds power in inflicting such pain on things.

Hunting is in the chase, then you kill the animal or let it go - hunting is NOT a long drawn out torture of the animal. That is not even natural. A wild lion or other wild animal wouldn't drag it out that long. These are just some sociopaths with too much time on their hands.

I dont have a problem hunting with dogs but what is a problem is the way the dogs are allowed to torment that boar, that is just sick and cruel. The boar should be dispatched immediately with a gun!! @RATTER15 Well, there are problems with shooting a hog surrounded by a pack of dogs for one. Some people go for live captures, so that is another problem with just shooting it. As a side note, wild hogs cause millions of dollars in damage in a lot of states and hunting them is pretty much a necessity. Also, if you're going hunting, you need to enjoy it. Why else would you do it?

@RATTER15 Obviously you have no understanding of hound hunting. The dogs are not "tormenting" the boar, they are attempting to subdue it so the hunter can dispatch it. And no you cannot use a gun for fear of hitting one of your dogs you hand raised from puppies, that you love very much. I personally find it much more fair and majestic than a pig that is raised in a crate and fed processed feed and simply ran in a chute and butchered. Never knowing wild or free.

Three things are happening.

1. The dogs are hyped up. Remember they are Dogos Argentinos. The bad boys.

2. The Hog has to be down especially in this case. They are smashing him and the sooner they can get them settled down the better. There is no audio. So we can't hear what they are saying to the dogs.

3. Got to give the dogs the hog time for training and practice. Might be a couple young ones in their.
