this version of "Fight On" is really easy to listen to and upbeat, and it's both consistently through the whole composition. hence i keep hitting "play" in foobar2000.
0:00 - 0:23... Does anyone know the name of this part of the song, or where in the game it is played? I'm looking for the original... It was my favourite piece of music from FFVII!
@loupax It's from the original boss theme, they say 'Blue Rondo a la Turk' by Dave Brubeck was a big influence on Uematsu for that part from 0:00 to 0:23. it may interest you to check that out.

00:48 This should totally be at the centre of the melody. It's the best part and we only hear it like twice.

If they remade FF7 for say DS or some other platform.. they should have this music.. I'd buy the game just to hear this playing during a fight :P
