@Pahl81 hi, the ferrule is designed to deform and grip the cable onto the knurled section of the BNC body;
if parts are falling off its usually vibration or movement thats the cause.

You don't have to crimp the "Bullet" or copper core.
would have helped if you said that in the video

I have seen connections fail because of poor connection in the Bullet. I crimp mine saves me call backs!!!

Is RG59 for digital quality? Please tell me.

it is used primarily for CATV, Video and security systems
it is sometimes referred to as "series 59" cable
there are various types of RG-59 cable
from your single shielded to quad shielded
the more shielding the better your emi resistance
RG-59 has the greatest attenuation for coaxial cable
around 75 ohms of attenuation per 1000'
and is limited to runs less than 200'
