It was an interesting solo. The cymbals and bass drums were miked well. The toms and snares sounded awful. Plus, he's behind the sound shield so that may have affected the mics.

Tim Yeung is in my top 5 for sure, but Tomas Haake from Meshuggah outdoes hit a bit, and Zbigniew Prominski is the other one that does. So 3rd best in my humble opinion
