Smoking actually increases your metabolism, and even though you get the munchies while doing it, once it wears off, people actually eat less food than they would have if they never smoked it. But it mostly depends on how much you smoke.. I'd be willing to bet that's why Snoop and Wiz are so skinny, smoking takes away appetite if you do it a lot, to the point where you only wanna eat while high.
