  • how did u charge those capacitors???

  • are there any hv versions lets say, 350-450v?

  • Also is it possible these winds generators are actualy haarp style antennas and the motor the torriod has me thinking? Does the power cone from ben kite and key or the prop?

  • Lid I was lookins at nas batteries natruim

Seems they found a way to take the 2 volts to power the city it originaly came from ford wich was were teslas black box was

  • Hey there

Would you mind telling me how you charged the super caps? Did you just applyg straght DC from a wall transformer?

    Thanks so much

    Pat

  • @JimTheHermit They are 10F 2.5v caps. put two in parallel, and you get 20F @2.5v. He wanted 5v. Place two in series, and you half the capacitance, but double the voltage capability. Two sets of (2 in series = 5v@5F) in parallel with another set of two that are in series = 5v@double the capacitance = 5v@10F). Electronically, that is how it works, however, I am not sure if that is how he has it configured.

  • Now to figure out how to double the hz

  • I figured it out ac to dc 5 volts dc negative to ground gives you 30 volts why its 5 x 60 hz

The ac side is being oscilated by the hz if you double the oscilations it will give 120 v 1w

  • rofl - 'i think everyone, at one time, want to make a motor that just uses capacitors'??? hahahahha UHM OKAY :P nice job though

  • Lid the never ending voltage comes from ac dc parralel at 210 mv do you know how to step these up watch my earth battery video

  • nanotechnology a new form, energy is 0.0001 mm microns can be given or very low frequency resulted in a not to exceed 0.5 Hz for the treated cancer a decade ago as a chip, artificial intelligence system in the cerebral, be human has a frequency of 94 kHz -25 to 10 unless I am mistaken I n loves exhibited the works of others what we learned only when a new technology Allien has very low frequencies that utlra to very high energies

  • how long to charge it?

  • ok so i get it's 2.5 but how much uF did he say can any 1 tell me

  • SSKYNETDUO--- The caps are "super caps" rated at 10 farad each not uf. Two caps are soldered in parallel and the two pairs are then soldered in series.

  • ok why not putting them all in perallel

  • because that would put him at 40 farads not 20, which may or may not burn out his circuit.

  • Excellent work Lidmotor. Do you subscribe to Panacea BOACF ? I let Andrew85 know I wanted to do just what you have done. You have my Email I believe. If not send me a PM. I want to talk with you about this circuit.

  • Caps in parallel is the the total produce devided by the sum if there is (2) 10s will give a 5 but doubles the V rating. the opposite applies to Caps in series.

He maintains the Farad rating to 10 and increased the Voltage rating to about 5vdc

    Using his cap configuration

  • ohh i see thanks

  • Oh Sorry before someone catches it

I have series and parallel cap form backwards here it is opposite from resistor configuration. Series caps is the resiprical of the sum of there resipricals and the V is the sum. Parellel is sum of the added F and the sum of the resiprical V.

  • @tommya300 yeah, so i got a little confused. he's running this at 10F and not at 20F, is that correct? thanks

  • @SKYNETDUO a total of 20 farads there = 20,000,000uf

  • Cool.. I have four 150f x 2.7v on the way BCAP0150-P270 but my motor is a different setup

  • Nice rug!. is it a Persian rug?

  • this is very cool and your right about everyone wnating to make a cap motor. Do these super caps discharge slower than regular caps?

  • mcorradee- The supercaps have a much higher enegy holding capability that a regular capacitor so they drain down slower. Its kinda like having a bigger swimming pool with more water in it. It is going to take longer for it to drain out of the same size drain opening.

  • got it....Thanks. Did you buy them online? I don't suppose Radio Shack has super cap ;(

  • NO!!! In fact they are sorta hard to find and expensive if you don't shop around. I get mine at Mouserdotcom.

  • thanks. I looked them up and found this:Double Layer Supercapacitors 2.5V 10F ......is this them? I found them on the site you mentioned but there was no picture

  • mcorrade----Yep --That will work. There are four of those in this video.

  • You have a nice job. How did you connect the capacitors? i mean, parell or serial?

what model number is capacitors i have made some of them it is working without capasitor also. some how people using. could you share with us how is working with capacitors.

    Best Regards

    Serkan

  • To the kid who thought you were talking in riddles...

Back-EMF happens when a magnetic field in a coil collapses. Like a bungee, it quickly sling-shots energy in reverse to the original polarity.

One side charges, and pulls the magnet into the field. As it leaves the other side, the other side is collecting the back-EMF, which is normally dissipated to a short-circuit. Not creating energy, just loosing less.

He made no assumptions that voltage ran the unit. Only stated the voltage.

  • Wow, I am interested in knowing where you got the capacitors? This is something I have been wanting to do in running my Bedini with capacitors only.

  • Hi Mart, maybe an idea is Mouser electronics, I have seen 50 Farad supercaps for about $5 there. Hope this helps. ^_^.

    Ben

  • Thanks for the comment tre6014. This is a John Bedini invention not mine. It does interesting things but why it does it is beyond me. This is just a fun project that has given ME more energy than when I started. Books have been written about it. Read up on it then build one and you will see for yourself. They are easy to build. Lots of help is here on Youtube. You are right though that someone should take a hard look at the numbers on this device and tell everyone what the heck is going on.

  • "radiant energy, back emf, high spike or whatever"? If you want people to take you seriously, be reasonable. From what I've seen, this was a cool little electrical engineering project. It involved generating an electro-magnetic field to drive a motor with the energy stored in capacitors. If you want to imply that anything out of the ordinary is occurring, provide evidence as to what is occurring and any ideas you have on why it might be occurring.

  • How much energy was put into the system? How much energy was expended by the system? Also, you can't run a motor for ten minutes on six volts. Voltage is a measure of potential; not energy. You can find how much energy was put into the system by charging it (starting from zero potential) for a finite period of time and measuring the average wattage going into the system and using the measurements of time and wattage to calculate how many joules of energy went into the system.

  • It is also important to include the tolerances of your instruments and measurements. Calculating most and least reasonable values for your measurements is important if you want to have a solid argument. Accurately measuring the energy expended by the system can be a bit more involved and may take some cleverness.

  • Thanks for the comment. This is a regular Bedini SSG energizer. It charges itself while you run it. The design requires two separate batteries that you swap back and forth. For this video I just disabled the charging side. I don't have a second set of capacitors yet but I have been using different batteries with the caps to see what happens. This device requires lead acid batteries to function correctly. The flyback high voltage(spike) does a dance inside the batteries and magic happens.

  • Great job, if you can run the motor for 10 minutes using only one capacitor bank, think about using 2 capacitor banks. When the first capacitors supply energy to the motor, the secondary capacitors are recharging. When the first capacitors are empty, you use the secondary capacitors as the main power supply while the first capacitors are recharging. Maybe using that design you would obtain a perpetual device.
