I was there in 2005 as part of a mining excursion from my university for 10days! I loved it very much!
Especially the Paleorema beach with the old sulphur mine was so fantastic that i will never forget that in my life. I must go to this magic place again sometimes, its like a drug!! Cape Vani and your village "Plaka" are also great and rule!!!!
Wow, Milos looks really beautiful. I come from a resort island myself, Martha's Vineyard (off cape cod Massachusetts, east coast USA) but I must say the beaches look wonderful here. I think I'll be putting Milos on the list of possible honeymoon locations for my wife and I.

Pollonia, NOT Apollonia. Neutral gender, plural, as opposed to feminine gender, singular. One of the most common mistakes people make on Milos locales. Apollonia is in Sifnos, BTW.
