This is what happens when an admin uses the wrong commands on the wrong people. In this instance, an admin as the BLU soldier planned to teleport a RED Spy, but accidently teleported the BLU Spy and teamkilled. He also has a very slow reaction speed, and he thinks he killed the RED Spy in diguise as a BLU Spy.
