I'm a sanguinarian. I refuse to use the term "vampire" for it's negative and rather silly connotations. I don't believe in the supernatural whatsoever, nor do I believe in souls. Thus I don't believe that something "spiritual" plays any part in sanguinarianism and the need to drink blood. I'm hoping one day some sort of scientific explanation can be found - otherwise I'd be led to believe it's purely psychosomatic.
