  • 媽媽可以跟孩子談談打電動對身體造成的影響 比如對眼睛很傷 減少人際互動 或是帶孩子出去參加活動  讓孩子知道生活不是只有電動 再讓他自己判斷 而不是強行規定

    不能玩 很多孩子是因為現實生活找不到成就感 才耽溺於電動
