Funny enough, I tried this in my '78 F250 one time because my passenger wanted the food and I didn't. So I thought it'd be funny to back through and let him order and pay. Unfortunately the car before me must not have thought it was funny and told the manager of the Wendy's, because the manager came out the back door and told me to get out of the drive-through and come inside if we wanted to order. :( What party poopers.

I have driven rhd for the past 4 years.. all dif cars. Most small japs like mr2,s and wrxs u can just reach over from the right side and they lean out the window a bit and its no problem at all. In my 3kgt, it was pretty much impossible.

I just ask them if they are effing retarded, as I am doing like 3 km/hr and in reverse you have more control. also had a cop stop me once. he said it was illegal, i asked why, he stated because my headlights would shine at the people behind (infront??) of me... so i shut off my lights... issue solved officer.
