Not only are the Canadians in Afghanistan, they are Kandahar which is the most dangerous part of the country. When the Soviets were occupying the country in the 80's they refused to go inot Kandahar, 2500 Canadians have dane an amazing job with the region and are keeping the civilians safe! Nice job, CANADA! This AMERICAN thanks you! Be proud, your people are doing great things!

You are so, so uniformed. The USA GIVES more money to third world counties than any other country in the world. Where do you get your information? Please educate yourself about US foreign affairs. WE help EVERYBODY. We give more money to the Palestinians than any of the arab countries. We give money to North Korea to help keep their people from starving to death because their own dictator is crazy and completely mishandles their economy. Stop hating your own country based on bad info!

wait a minute! Us Canadians are in Afganistan, and we were in the first world war from the get-go, where as the USA entered towards the end when everybody was loosing their mind from the terrible conditions.
With all the oil that we have in Canada we are taking money from the United States and it is becoming a third world country. Ride a bicycle or take the bus to slow this process, because Calgary (the petrolium business capital) is growing to fast.
