  • @lennybielski Oh, of course. My apologies! I've only listened to this version for weeks, I completely forgot those parts!

    Re: Warrick

  • @wokss I can only hope I have one, if only one chance to see him live. I am seriously considering flying half across the world just to see it. What a man, what a genius, it'd be like seeing Freddy Mercury in person. It HAS to happen!

  • EPIC...

  • the best

  • WOW

  • Jim Steinman 5KSYGQjWtSI was a brilliant lyricist. Meatloaf added incredible life and feeling to Jim's words, but those words, those long long verses were magic. Will I go and see meatloaf when he performs in Melbourne soon? Maybe not, sadly I feel it ruin my memories from over 30 years ago.

  • Now this is real music.

  • And beautiful singing at 10:07

  • Absolutely love 4:10!

  • I can't think of another singer who could command a stage and perform vocally alongside the likes of Patti Russo, not to mention a full symphony orchastra, without being completely drowned out. What a shame todays music is all about pretty boys/girls, gimmicks and gossip. This video, and the quite brilliant DVD its from, shows that true talent always prevails. Meat Loaf prowls the stage with total assurance, dominates the lyrics and performs as if his life depends on it. I, for one, salute him.

  • @AntsD1970 Patti and Meat Loaf are one of the best male/female duo's ever. Seeing them on stage makes you sad that they aren't actually a couple!

  • @janeisababe Great chemistry and their voices complement each other perfectly. The DVD this is from is awesome - damn I wish I'd been there! Only ever seen him once in concert in Sheffield in '95 - amazing performer but is even better in this DVD. 'Out of the frying pan' is superb. Glad I'm not the only one still appreciating the big guy!

  • @AntsD1970 Lol. I wish i had been there too... it was even in my home city and I didn't even realise! At least I get to see him in October...

  • @janeisababe Wow - now i'm jealous - make sure you come back on here and tell me what he was like!

  • is that Jim on the piano?

  • He actually thanks the audience for making this song number 1 in 27 countries. I bet no one today would do that

  • Epic, simply EPIC. Meat put his everything into that, you could tell. I don't know how he manages to get up there and do it every night. Can't wait to see him in Wellington in october

  • Epic.

  • The Best Clip for this song...

  • Meatloaf just puts so much energy into his performances. It's honestly amazing, and really inspiring to watch. And the addition of the orchestra into his already amazing songs just makes them breath-taking... really.

  • @WithinTheVision Also just as ah whats her name lol, Karla Devito, Meatloaf's stuff is not some rehashed version of somebody elses junk like Lady Gaga crap.

This has to be the best ever out of any (dare I say it, she needs to bow down to Meatloaf lol), I certainly would to Todd Rundgren, what he can't do to a song in production doesn't bare thinking about.

    THUMBS UP WITH THAT COMMENT!

  • @andrew8833 I wanted to mention the female singer, but I didn't know the name...

No, Meatloaf rehearses his stage act, I imagine. But also his singing and energy is amazing. Just makes for a good show, really

  • @WithinTheVision The blonde is Pearl Aday, Meat Loafs adopted daughter, and the brunette is Patti Russo, a friggin' epic singer! The recording however was done with Lauren Green, but Patti is featured in a lot of Meats recorded songs.

  • MeatLoaf rocks again !!! Thumbs UP.

  • De largo la mejor version, está en forma

  • Does any1 know if can get this live version on Itunes?

  • No1 hit in 28 countries yet he can't sing it for shit live,

    THIS IS TERRIBLE, LMAO.
