That's not a table, it's an invert/flatty. You not only have to flatten the frame, but the bars as well for it to be considered a table.

the best way is to see what stance you have e.g stand on a skate deck if you have your left foot forward your regular so you should want to go the way the guy in the vid does (he goes left side bike goes right side) if your right foot goes forward your goofy so opposite to guy in the vid (you go right side bike goes left)
