get yourself the book called ' build your own sportscar on a budget' by haynes, theirs is a super 7 style car called the haynes roadster or just a locost, there are also forums supporting the home builder.
Watch out for diagonal bracing that aims at the occupants of the car. In a front collision you could get a piece of space frame through your chest, try aim them outwards so they miss you.

Co do materialu to masz racje uzylem chromu a co do czasu to chyba jakies 5-6h to byly dopiero moje poczatki w invencie stad tyle mi to zajelo.
