This makes me miss part 1. Part 2 doesn't feel like Naruto, like this. The picture in the beginning portrays Orochimaru as some mysterious all-powerful entity. Imagine how powerful Itachi must be. I mean look at this video. Look at how terrifying, how sinister, and how powerful Orochimaru is, but Itachi fodderizes him. The two in part 1 had such an intimidating, overwhelming aura. They were the best villains I'd ever seen. Part 2 crapped all over that. And the animation is crappy. No shadows.

Against Tsunade and Jiraiya, he was a complete handicap but he was still laughing and taunting both of them. His personal summon Manda is much more powerful than both Gamabunta and Katsuyu
Against Kyubi Naruto, his body was really deteriorated, but was still able to fight against Kyubi and still deemed the fight to be entertaining.

On the fight with Kyubi yes he was dodging Kyubi's attacks but he doesn't want to fully engage Naruto since he plans to use Konoha as a hindrance to the Akatsuki. Actually, somewhere later in the anime, Kabuto implants orochimarus cells in him which start to take over Kabutos body.
and in the manga, his cells have possessed Kabuto completely, but haven`t taken over Kabutos mind.

A lot of people think Orochimaru is weak because it looks like he always looses a fight. But one question, did you ever saw Orochimaru take a fight seriously?
Against Tsunade and Jiraiya, he was a complete handicap but he was still laughing and taunting both of them. His personal summon Manda is much more powerful than both Gamabunta and Katsuyu
Against Kyubi Naruto, his body was really deteriorated, but was still able to fight against Kyubi and still deemed the fight to be entertaining.

He manipulated the Akatsuki organization with Kabuto. Oh and by the way he is actually also considered to be the genius of his generation.

Naruto has already use Fake Fox Blast and it didn't have any affect on Orochimaru thanks to Triple Rashomon. Oh about the Third Hokage's Shiki Fujin, he countered it using Kusanagi in which Orochimaru could't even move. Thats why the third Hokage failed to kill him. But that fight was awesome. I haven't yet seen a fight in naruto that can top that one.

@killingspeerx Hey the main reason why Orochimaru is scarred with the Death God is because he fears death. Thats one of the main reason why he created his immortality ninjutsu. On the fight with Kyubi yes he was dodging Kyubi's attacks but he doesn't want to fully engage Naruto since he plans to use Konoha as a hindrance to the Akatsuki. That's also the reason why he stop Sasuke from killing Tenzo's team at the hide out. Kabuto on the other hand isn't weak with Orochimaru's assimilation.
