Okay, let me make this all clear, I'm from Buffalo, NY, friends with Nick, and was with him the night before this happened, yes, he did rob the store, he was sentenced to 7 years, got it reduced to 6 years, and actually is now out of prison as of last month. He did his time now give the guy a fuckin break. Thanks.

It sucks that this whole situation happened, and I have no idea what the fuck he was thinking, but being that I just got out of jail myself over some bad decisions I'm not about to hate. I'm glad he's out, and I hope he gets back to where he needs to be in life. Hopefully we might even hear some more music from him someday.
