@Coffeeandasliceolife - Thank you Steve! Welcome, welcome. Can't wait to see you guys start vlogging. Planning is key and when we do it right, it works. Loaded health fridge is a great thing! About my foot, I got "plantar fasciitis" which is an inflammation on the plantar, on the bottom of my foot (heel). It hurts and bothers me. I'm taking an anti-inflammatory and doing stretches, soon I will get an insert to help for support. So, I'm taking it easy on exercises and walks.
Great job on your loss! I'm hoping your feet get feeling better and you can get back at it. I need to sacrifice more often. I get the call for treats and goodies and I usually give in. I need to work at it.
@jullpete Thank you Jules!! Feet is getting better but it's a pain sometimes and frustrating, but I'm optimistic. I hear you on treats, I have the same issue but now, I bought the sugar free jello and other smart snacks for those crazy craving times. You should try it. ~hugs~
