Hi Marie! I didn't know you timed us - that's awesome! I actually started the timer on my watch when we started paddling about 15 feet from the dock (after we had pulled away from the dock). I missed the 1st stoke because of it. I turned off the timer after our last stroke. Either way, it was fun! You all should come out and paddle with us. We'd love to see you again!

i remember that boat. but you have to think of it this way.. you started timing from when you left the dock and we timed you from when you actually started paddling which was 4:12 total. during our races, we start from when we start paddling to when we stop. good job though! love to see actual paddlers out on the river. [:
