  • Nicely done, thank you !

  • Very well done and researched video!

  • I know this is an older video, but I bought one of these rifle 25 years ago and never shot it I just never bought any ammo for it. Now that it`s impossible to get military surplus ammo fir it I want to shoot it , but I`m wondering about the loading clip, do you really need that to load it ? Those clips are hard to find as well, while two companies are making ammo nobody is making the clips for them.

  • Hahaha man licker

  • I looked this up to see how mannlicher is pronounced.

    Dammit.

  • I have a rifle that has the markings Steyr M95 M. Does the M stand for Mannlicher? It has all matching parts that were stamped with a serial number and a capital K under the number in some places. I found the rifle in my crawlspace, I believe it to be all original, but it's packed with grease so i haven't taken a close look just yet.

  • mine is all original how much do you think its valued at i got it for 125 also it was packed in cosmoline when i bought it

  • @45Automag $125 seems fair in todays market. When I bought mine you could find them anywhere for around $79. But thats the nice thing about the old suplus rifles...as long as you take care of it the value will only increase over time!

  • Duz the m95 shoot rounds without the clip?cuz i know wen the last round is chambered the gun shoots out the clip from the bottom...so i wonder if itll shoot without the clip in the m95

  • @rubbindubbin4life you can fire one round at a time without the enbloc clip. Howevery you will not be able to load the box magazine with ammo without the clip.

  • @TulaMosin1891 I been wondering that question for ages. Cuz i was planning on buyin an m95..cuz the straight pull bolt is awsome...but is it that hard to get a hold of those m95 clips? Cuz i really want an m95. but if finding the clips is a pain in the ass then i wont get one after all

  • Am i the only one who's noticd Mannlicher sounds like man-licker?

  • @whowantsabighug thats only because english is such an dumb language.

its a german name and its not steyr. its "sch"teyr mannli"ch"er dont like an K. esheks

its the same shit with "panzer" (tank) in english it sounds so gay like PanSer but you have to say it with an (T) PanTzer

  • @sdkfz162kingtiger Yep. Pretty good way of putting it lol

  • @TulaMosin1891 yea lol a "man licker" rifle is not so cool you know ;)

  • @sdkfz162kingtiger It's just the conversion from Austrian pronunciation to English. All languages have these symptoms, not just English.

  • great video , i enjoy listening to the history of relic guns !

  • I saw when AIM had these for sale, but I got a few Mosin Nagants instead.

  • Yea I did the same thing when I first started seeing these rifles aroundbut as usual curiosity got the best of me and I got one.
