  • Can you post a driving video? Is there any rap under a load?

  • @kjohnson00hd I'll see what I can do, I haven't driven the truck in about a month. There is no rasp.

  • what kinda mileage u get

  • @DPense I average 12-13 with the 38s and 5.13s. Before that I was getting about 12-14 with 37s.

  • How many miles are on the truck when you took that video? do you notice the nocking (ticking) sound? my buddies truck did that from day one. it was a 2006 chevy hd with 6L

  • @jroc99ss That was with 130k miles on the truck, the "ticking" noise is actually piston slap, caused by the short piston skirts. pretty much all LS series GM engines have it except the newest generations, some just sound louder than others. Mine only does it in the winter, and even then quits after a few minutes once everything has warmed up.

  • @FortWorth81G I painted the signals with transparent candy apple red paint, then a light coat over the whole light except the reverse, then cleared over the whole thing.
