Either the director or a producer said in some commentary that Serge's part was complete improvisation in the 3rd film. & I know they said that Serge was supposed to be that foreign person that had an accent that could be from anywhere, but you could never put your finger on where he was from lol. Bronson Pinchot did that part perfectly. Wish I could have been on the set of the first and 3rd movie.

At least it did serve a purpose, it made the memorable scene with serge. Thats was needed.

Its the highlight of the BHCop movie franchise. Shit movie though.

Some of my favourite scenes are in bad movies. I want other people to witness them, but don't want to be embarrassed by hassling someone to endure the whole thing. Which is sometimes needed to get the full gravitas.
