I've always wondered about those big burner covers you see in European kitchens-- the domes hinged to the top of the stove that you have to lift up to use the burner. What are those for? Your flowers (gladiolas?) are beautiful. Oh also, your friends look nice and the food looks yummy-- I just love peeking in people's kitchens.
