I like how the music connects to the flow of the combat, I'd like for the game to be re-released with a solution to the graphics lagging though, it would help in the long run and it wouldn't make me feel like the game is about to crash whenever it ceases up.
This game isn't for the beta as fuck manchildren casual gamers out there, this is for true men. Those who lack true grit and steele need not pick this game up.

The slowdown was unbelievably bad, making combos difficult to maintain, and counters damn near impossible to input. That alone skews the difficulty level somewhat. Do not play the console version. It's a steaming heap of beta-quality crap. Anyone posting crap reviews of the console version is probably right.
Get the PC version, instead. Much less slowdown, less aggressive level scaling, and all-around better balance and gameplay. Yes, a few enemies got scaled up, but it's a lot fairer overall than before. Solid 8.5 or better game for the PC, since it wiped out a lot of bugs.

It's all about strategy and Tactics...the force to fight, and the mind to eploy that force in the most effective means possible

Newsflash: Japanese RPG's are always about challenge and grinding. Because there WILL be bosses that one shot you.

i love this games music so much but i wish it wouldnt skip so bad on my 360 it takes me at least an hour to finish battles that should only take half an hour because of the lagging
