i think they both have their different abilities. Dyess is the veteran who can do everything solid and aguy you can trust. Maxie is a HUGE energy spark off the bech. he can come in and life the whoile team up by himself. They are both very good.

that whole clip shows you mcdyess has a complete game. the knee surgeries robbed him of the athleticism he had early in his career, but he has a good enough skill set to step out and hit the 18 foot jumper and still be an effective player in the NBA
