I think blood pressure, and old age contribute, the baths are only the triggering factor. One would think that the baths themselves are healthy, but when one reaches a certain age, too hot temperatures might not be the best... I love bathing, I'm glad they're not changing anything. I'm a Canadian living in Japan and I love public baths in the hot springs. Love, love, love them. I miss them so much when I go home. I wish we had hot spring baths in the West. The hotter the better; my favourite are the outdoor baths. :D

Ummm... you do realize that we were in Iraq once before... we had allies fighting for us before we left. I do not know all the details, but I do know that the rebels that were helping us, were left behind. Stories I have heard from Vets were that they were lined up and shot and not a damn thing they could do about it because the US had a cease fire or some kind of pact with Iraq again. Vietnam was the same way. The US raced to get out of there and left all our allies behind.

It is good to educate people though. You can not educate the pure racists, only those who are borderline or just truly do not know. The US history, the last I checked, only hints at bad things, they hardly go into detail, you are lucky to see a page worth, usually just a paragraph. LOL ive actually done this in japan and it was a great experience. its a shock when you get in the hot spring but as you get used to it, its very hard to get out because it was so relaxing! besides, most baths in japan, including the ones at home are around this temperature and theyre used to it, which can surprise many foreigners like me going to japan

It is in relation to my amazing tollerance to cold, it leads to me having intollerance to heat. I feel I must be a god of the Arctic.
I cannot get hot at all, but I can sit in very cold water.
DO NOT TRY THAT AT HOME - You can die in an hour at 10 C (50 F) and at 42 C (107.6 F), you will get heat stroke and go into shock with in about 45 minutes maybe.

I think blood pressure, and old age contribute, the baths are only the triggering factor. One would think that the baths themselves are healthy, but when one reaches a certain age, too hot temperatures might not be the best... I love bathing, I'm glad they're not changing anything. They should inform the old geezers though. :)

I'm a Canadian living in Japan and I love public baths in the hot springs. Love, love, love them. I miss them so much when I go home. I wish we had hot spring baths in the West. The hotter the better; my favourite are the outdoor baths. :D

Exactly Thats not a bad thing. Its a PUBLIC Jaccuzzi hot spring tub and many people get in it everyday. I dont think it'll be good if people were to get in that jacuzzi tub before taking a bath; that'll be dirty & disgusting. Imagine how dirty the water will be also. Dont know about you but I rather have people CLEAN swimming with me in that Jacuzzi than DIRTY and not knowing where they've been or doing and last time they've showered. I do not know all the details, but I do know that the rebels that were helping us, were left behind. Stories I have heard from Vets were that they were lined up and shot and not a damn thing they could do about it because the US had a cease fire or some kind of pact with Iraq again. Vietnam was the same way. The US raced to get out of there and left all our allies behind.

LOL ive actually done this in japan and it was a great experience. its a shock when you get in the hot spring but as you get used to it, its very hard to get out because it was so relaxing! besides, most baths in japan, including the ones at home are around this temperature and theyre used to it, which can surprise many foreigners like me going to japan

I get palpitations if water is too hot, so more than about 20 minutes and 40 degrees would start to affect me severely.
It is in relation to my amazing tollerance to cold, it leads to me having intollerance to heat. I feel I must be a god of the Arctic.
I cannot get hot at all, but I can sit in very cold water.
DO NOT TRY THAT AT HOME - You can die in an hour at 10 C (50 F) and at 42 C (107.6 F), you will get heat stroke and go into shock with in about 45 minutes maybe.
