you can obtain brown sound by turning down the tone knob

I have one of these pedals, although I can never seem to get a great sound out of it. If someone could post some possible set up's it would be aprecciated.

I only used the boss pedal, altough I have a les paul with duncan designed pickups and the amp is a fender princenton 65, all of them important to get a good sound
