  • great job damn

  • that was damn good form

  • hes probably MLB lol.

i bet he murders kids lol

  • dayum this guys strong but i want to see him go against my teammate "Rhino" we call him that because at summer camp of the beggining of his junior year he maxes were

    bench: 340

    squat: 455

and he dead lifts 5 plates on each side

  • That song in the background Ive been looking for it for ages now!

  • back when u had nothing in ur gym

  • well... people are saying using a strait bar is too much strain on your back and that can be true if you use bad form. i use strait bar and about 10% of the lift is back... unless i go really heavy and i cheat a little.

  • shook ones part 2 awsome

  • It is very easy to blow your back out with a straight bar, the proper form puts a lot of stress on your lower back and knees. The trap bar enables maximum use of legs without having to bend over.

  • Thank you Matty. Bout time someone finally said this. Competitive powerlifting is one of the few sports that has NOT evolved over time and the risk for injury is incredibly great when you lift that way. Trap Bar deadlifts are by no means "partial" deadlifts and I have high school and college athletes running in the 4.3's without doing straight bar dead's or ATG squats.

  • That's a BIG football player.

I hope I get that big when I'm a senior.

  • haha dude u think hes big we have a freshman at freehold boro 6"7 280, to bad hes a soft bitch but hes still huge

  • Dead lift bars are in my opinion the only real way to go. Straight bar deadlifts just use your back for the most part. The deadlift bars are amazing, I wish my gym had some as well.

  • I know this kid.... heard he's hung like a gerbil

  • those trap bars are badass wish my gym had one it would make it easier to deadlift when its crowded as hell

  • Way to go!

  • thats an awesome bar for deadlifts! wow

  • After using a deadlift bar, you'll never want to use a straight bar ever again. It gives your back so much more support.

  • thats impressive

  • doing good bro keep it going... now im doing 585 and well it first i started with around 180 but im impress bro, im 20 and i do around 585 close 600 but im just trying 2 saty away from any fatss..lol..
